Our client portal permits registered users to request quotations, download billing invoices, and open support tickets. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and passwords.
3. Intellectual Property
All software scripts, custom ERP database structures, RAG AI workflows, vector designs, trademarks, and content engineered by Infonaya Software Solution are protected by international copyright laws and remain our exclusive property.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction Clause
These terms and all operational transactions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising from or relating to our websites, services, or software solutions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India only. Both parties explicitly waive any objections to venue or convenience of forum in such courts.
