1. Notice of Infringement
Infonaya Software Solution respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our portals or website systems.
2. Filing a Takedown Request
To file a valid copyright infringement notice, you must submit a written document to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location (e.g. direct URL link).
- Your contact details including name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.

Both parties agree that no alternative forum or courts shall hold jurisdiction over such intellectual property claims.
