Remote Work Policy
Our guidelines governing telecommuting arrangements, communications, and data integrity.
1. Eligibility and Hours
Remote and hybrid work options are available for developers, interns, designers, and support helpdesk teams. Employees are expected to maintain core availability hours between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM IST and update daily progress tickets in the catalog portal.
2. Secure Connection Requirements
All coding commits, SSH access to staging servers, and CRM catalog edits must be done over verified, encrypted virtual private networks (VPN). Public Wi-Fi access without VPN protocols is strictly prohibited.
3. Communication & Daily Logs
Employees must remain active on Slack/Teams channels and participate in daily video sync-ups. Client tickets, quotations, and invoice configurations must be handled inside the portal dashboard logs only.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Exclusive Legal Forum
This Remote Work Policy and all related employment covenants shall be governed by the laws of India. Any litigation, contractual claim, or labor dispute arising out of remote assignments or policy breaches shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India only.
