Open Source & Code of Conduct Policy
Our commitments to communal coding, external dependencies licensing, and professional workspace behaviors.
1. Dependency Integrity & Licences
Our solutions incorporate open-source technologies (e.g. Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, Lenis, GSAP, and Vanta animations). All vendor dependencies must comply with MIT, BSD, or Apache licensing guidelines. Under no circumstance shall copyleft (GPL) code be merged into proprietary systems without authorization.
2. Contributor Guidelines
We expect all students, interns, and employees collaborating on public repositories, resume builders, or training portals to exhibit professional conduct. Bullying, harassment, data scraping, or discriminatory behavior in code reviews, chat boards, or issue lists is strictly prohibited.
3. Proprietary Extensions
While we contribute to open-source libraries, our core modules, custom ERP modules, Solar data sync engines, and internal admin portal catalog controls remain proprietary software assets of Infonaya Software Solution.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Applicable Legal Forum
This Open Source & Code of Conduct Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, license conflict, or claim arising from repository contributions, code releases, or community interaction shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India only.
5. Conduct Reporting
