1. Credential Complexity Guidelines
All database administrators, support personnel, and portal users must utilize complex passwords containing at least 12 characters, including upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. Sequential numeric runs or standard dictionary phrases are automatically filtered.
2. Expiry & Lockout Thresholds
Accounts will lock automatically for 15 minutes after 5 consecutive failed verification attempts. Portals and internal databases require a mandatory password reset every 90 days to minimize brute-force risks.
3. Workstation Encryption & Multi-Factor Auth
Accessing the administrative catalog panels, invoice log systems, or internship database logs requires valid multi-factor authentication (MFA). Sessions are automatically timed out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
4. Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause

This Information Security and Password Policy and its data governance covenants are governed strictly by the laws of India. Any suit, conflict, or arbitration regarding administrative portal security breach or data governance shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India only.
