Security protocols and operational guidelines for personal devices accessing our corporate portals.
1. Scope and Device Registration
This policy applies to all interns, remote team members, and contract employees accessing internal development repos, database catalogs, client support helpdesks, or portal invoices using personal laptops, phones, or tablets.
2. Workstation Encryptions & Updates
Devices must run supported operating systems, have automatic security patch updates enabled, and maintain active anti-malware agents. Storing database credentials or SSH keys on unencrypted local drives is strictly prohibited.
3. Monitoring & Corporate Right to Wipe
Accessing the client catalog panel or databases triggers logging of MAC and IP addresses. Infonaya reserves the right to wipe remote access credentials and session cookies in the event of device theft, loss, or personnel offboarding.
4. Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause

This Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy and its network security directives are governed strictly under the laws of India. Any litigation, breach claim, or suit arising from device monitoring, corporate asset loss, or data exposure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India only.
