Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our guidelines governing acceptable conduct and system use within our software ecosystems.
1. Prohibited Network Activities
Users must not engage in any activity that compromises server security, scans for open ports without authorization, executes distributed denial of service (DDoS) requests, or utilizes automated crawlers that bypass our rate limiters.
2. System Integrity & Content
No user may upload malware, ransomware payloads, or bypass client-portal validation controls. All user-input fields, including internship resume uploads and career registration files, are scanned and filtered. Any attempt to exploit system endpoints will result in account termination and IP bans.
3. Account Sharing & Misuse
Portal accounts are allocated to individual team members and corporate representatives. Sharing login parameters, credentials, or session cookies is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized access or credential harvesting will trigger incident reporting.
4. Governing Jurisdiction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising out of or in connection with system misuse, security violations, or policy enforcement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anand, Gujarat, India only.
